This hour long Bible study provides an encounter with non-human voices of God’s creation. Participants read and listen to the voice of God’s beloved members of creation as they come into being, speak, sing and roar their way from Genesis through Revelation.

Walk through the Bible Sermon 1 - Creation, Part 1
The ELCA has begun a "Book of Faith Initiative" to emphasize learning the Scripture which is "the first language of our faith." One opportunity for learning is to teach through preaching as the community gathers for worship. This sermon series begins with Genesis 1:1 and will continue through the Bible until it ends with the book of Revelation. This sermon covers the first creation story in Genesis 1:1-2:4a.
