Though it was informative, I would love more information about how this was used within your church. For example: when was this handed out, how was this handed out- mailed/given out Sunday morning/emailed/was there an online option, who was given this survey- members/non-members/first time visitors, how many weeks was this used and what you did with the information once it was collected.
