Contributions Sharing our Faith: Student/Mentor Program As part of our confirmation program we have our students pick a mentor to share their faith journey with. This is one of the packets we provide for them to begin the conversation of sharing their faith stories. Guidelines for New Member Mentoring Your time and commitment to this outreach is vital to the strength of our congregation. The central goal of Mentoring New Members is to help them become active in and committed to the ministry and mission of Calvary. This goal can be reached through the following activities: Mentoring Program You are beginning a confirmation process that will lean more heavily on your personal faith experience and your relationship with another Christian than it does on textbooks, classrooms and other traditional approaches to education. |
