Shepherds care for their sheep
This is a children's sermon that may be used when illustrating God as a shepherd. The kids are active and engaged in the children's sermon, hiding in the sanctuary. The kids and adults thought this was great when I gave it in my churches. Probably better for smaller congregations, but I'd love to know how it would work for larger congregations with more than 10 kids.
Entertainment Sheep Goat Network.
This is a small skit put together for a youth worship, though it could be used in other contexts, to engage the Biblical text of Matthew 25, the sheep and the goats. Written in the style of a sportscast, it encourages ones imagination regarding the mercy and compassion to which we are called.
